It has been really busy here in Colorado at orientation. The week didn't start off well, I missed my flight and didn't get to Denver until 12 hours after I had planned. Since then, however, things have been looking up. I got to meet my fellow teachers and learned a lot more about Chinese culture and what exactly I'll be doing this next year. My teammates are amazing! I can already tell Team Harbin is going to be a lot of fun.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: times new roman;">I would write more but we leave Colorado in just 4 hours so I have a lot to do before then. Please be asking for safe travel! Tomorrow is going to be very long, over 30 hours of traveling. I'll try to update again in a few days. I'd love to hear from you, but please be careful what you say. After a few more weeks of training in-country my team and I will head to our final destination, Harbin, China. Harbin is in the Northernmost province of China, it is known for its world famous ice sculptures and its Siberian Tiger Preserve.
